Part of my work is done under a different name. Brands come to me when they want a carbon product to be lighter, stiffer, or faster than what’s currently available on the market.
What I do: Concept development, design, optimization for stiffness, comfort, and aerodynamics, prototype construction, wind tunnel testing, data handoff to production, and support during production launches. What I don’t do: legal advice, brand strategy, and your distribution.

Are you planning a new project or component based on fiber-reinforced composites? I’d be happy to help you bring your ideas to life, from the initial concept all the way to the final production product. PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION
Fiber-reinforced composites offer enormous potential, but their anisotropic material properties also present design challenges. These properties must be taken into account as early as the conceptual phase of your project. Drawing on my extensive experience, I will plan and design your project professionally and provide you with expert advice right from the conceptual stage.
PROTOTYPE CONSTRUCTION
Optionally, I can produce prototypes for you using fiber-reinforced composites according to your specifications and ideas, employing a wide variety of processes such as vacuum injection (RI) or resin transfer molding (RTM). Upon request, I can prepare relevant studies and guidelines for mass production and point out any potential risks and challenges.
FEM Strength Simulation
To ensure that your products and components not only look good but also last a long time and withstand the stresses of everyday use, I offer a comprehensive approach to product development through engineering calculations and simulation.
SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION
For your product launch, I can produce small batches of components for you as needed. Upon request, I can also design the master molds or production molds for you, or handle mass production in collaboration with my network of industrial partners.
